As Mindfulness Cumbria we deliver a range of programmes from Mindfulness in Nature activities through to Living Well with Pain and Chronic Illness courses
Our mindfulness programmes are aimed at individuals and organisations, from teaching mindful movement to children to Living Well with Stress courses for managers; from mindfulness based personal coaching to activities in our natural environment.
In addition to the Living Well programmes listed on their own page, we offer the following activities and programmes.
Mindful Movement
A range of movements for people of all ages and abilities based on a carefully designed and clinically proven combination of tai chi, yoga, pilates and chi gung. Movements include standing, seated and floor based sequences according to individual mobility and fitness.
We are able to adapt some of our programmes to meet the needs of specific groups.
